A task can thus be found on a<br \/>\nDSQ while still SCX_OPSS_DISPATCHING.<\/p>\n<p>The dequeue and core-sched pick paths wait for the state to clear in<br \/>\nops_dequeue() but the reenqueue paths don&#8217;t.
