{"id":15087,"date":"2026-09-04T19:02:25","date_gmt":"2026-09-04T11:02:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.54iter.cn\/?vuln=cve-2026-64118"},"modified":"2026-09-04T19:02:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-04T11:02:25","slug":"cve-2026-64118","status":"publish","type":"vuln","link":"https:\/\/www.54iter.cn\/?vuln=cve-2026-64118","title":{"rendered":"CVE-2026-64118 [HIGH] &#8211; In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:\n\nqed: fix double free"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:<\/p>\n<p>qed: fix double free in qed_cxt_tables_alloc()<\/p>\n<p>If one of the later PF or VF CID bitmap allocations fails,<br \/>\nqed_cid_map_alloc() jumps to cid_map_fail and frees the previously<br \/>\nallocated CID bitmaps before returning an error. qed_cxt_tables_alloc()<br \/>\nthen calls qed_cxt_mngr_free(), which invokes qed_cid_map_free()<br \/>\nagain.<\/p>\n<p>Fix this by setting each CID bitmap pointer to NULL after bitmap_free()<br \/>\nto avoid double free.<\/p>\n<p>The bug was first flagged by an experimental analysis tool we are<br \/>\ndeveloping for kernel memory-management bugs while analyzing<br \/>\nv6.13-rc1. The tool is still under development and is not yet publicly<br \/>\navailable.
